Terms, Fees and Privacy Issues
Terms of Engagement
I am a qualified, certified clinical hypnotherapist. I am also a certified transformational therapist. I am also a licensed speech pathologist with a Master's Degree in Language and Communication Disorders. But I am not a medical doctor, nor am I a
psychologist or psychiatrist. I cannot provide a medical diagnosis or make recommendations concerning medications.
Ethics
I practice in accordance with the Code Of Ethics and standards of the Academy for Hypnosis and the American Council of Hypnotic Examiners. The Therapy
As stated, transformational therapy can help resolve various issues and conditions that limit
your ability to lead the life that you desire.
Each person is an individual and the length and scope of the therapy varies from person to
person. Please be aware that my agreement to work with you in no way guarantees a cure
but I am dedicated to providing the best possible experience in the shortest possible time.
Fees
The fee for an online Zoom session or a home visit in my home is 360 shekel per visit. There
is a package plan available, which allots four sessions for the price of 1200 shekels.
An mp3 recording will be provided after the first or second session. It is strongly advisable
to listen to this recording daily for a period of at least 5 months.
A 50% deposit is required of all new clients, to be paid prior to the session.
Behavior
I will treat all clients with respect and courtesy and I expect the same in return. For your
protection as well as mine, all sessions will be recorded. Your privacy is of utmost
importance to me.
I will never release any information about you or our sessions to a third party without your
express consent. However, I do receive supervision from my instructors and may discuss
your case in my supervision group for the sole purpose of improving the services rendered.
I require 24 hours notification of cancellation. You can cancel and/or reschedule your
appointments on line. Cancellation without prior notification will incur a full session fee.
Retention of Records
Client data will be retained for a period of 7 years in compliance with the professional bodies
and my insurers.
For clients under the age of 18 records will be retained until their 25th birthday.
Services can be provided in English or in Hebrew
