Who am I and how can I help you?
My name is Helaine Ring . I am a licensed speech pathologist working in an Early Childhood
Development Center.
I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist as well as a Transformational Therapist. I am
certified by the Academy of Hypnosis and the Dave Elman Institute, with over 600 hours of
supervised clinical practice. I am also certified as a Transformational Therapist. I have
studied under some of the most respected hypnotherapists in the world, including Sharon st
Waxkirsch, Cheryl Elman and Dr. John Butler.

My back ground
One day I found 5 words on a Facebook post that changed my life. Literally.
The amazing Sharon Waxkirsch wrote "call me, I can help"; and something in those five words rang true inside my deepest self.
How did I come to this new career after over 44 years as a speech pathologist? I began to notice that fear was playing way too large a role in my life. I had had a life long dental phobia, I actually took excellent care of my teeth but suffered great anxiety before and during each dental visit.
I also became a very nervous driver, and passenger, suffering clenching stomach pains and heart palpitations even on the shortest drives. And, I was a terrible insomniac, with a ten year history of nighty sleeping pills and still very little sleep.
One day I found 5 words on a Facebook post that changed my life. Literally. Someone posted about being offered her dream job, but that job would entail traveling from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on a daily basis.
The amazing Sharon Waxkirsch wrote "call me, I can help"; and something in those five words rang true inside my deepest self. And so I called.
I have not take a sleeping pill in 4 years.
I am a much calmer driver and a much more relaxed passenger.
I recently experienced my first root canal and my first dental extraction. I was so heavily relaxed during both of these procedures that my dentist had to tap me on the shoulder to rouse me when she had finished! No anxiety, no fear.
Job done!
My studies
Once I saw the amazing powers of my imagination, I felt a need to discover more. I have been studying for the past three years in the Academy for Hypnosis, studying the Foundations of Hypnosis, Analytical Hypnotherapy including Transformation Therapy and Medical and Dental Applications of Hypnosis.
I have taken additional courses and webinars offered by the American Council of Hypnotic Examiners and the Dave Elman Institute.
I have participated in master classes in smoking cessation and treating IBS.
I have attended live workshops in London (December 2022) in The History of Hypnotic Induction and Clean Language training.
